Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, submitting music or station information, contacting us, purchasing a report, or otherwise using account features. This can include your name, email address, phone number, organization, artist or station affiliation, submitted content, and support messages. We also collect limited technical information needed for security and service operation, such as IP address, browser details, and sign-in activity.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, review submissions, calculate and publish charts, deliver purchased reports, respond to messages, protect the integrity of reporting, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve the service. We may send service messages about your account, submissions, purchases, or security. Marketing messages are sent only when permitted, and you may opt out of them.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. TIRC does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Stripe receives payment and billing information under its own privacy policy, while TIRC receives transaction identifiers, payment status, contact details, and purchase totals needed to fulfill and support an order.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, process payments, deliver email, host files, secure forms, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Public chart results, artist names, song titles, and approved station information may be displayed as part of the chart service.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain chart and transaction integrity, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update many account details from your dashboard. You may also ask to correct or delete eligible personal information. Some chart, transaction, security, and legal records must be retained. Browser settings can control cookies and similar technologies, although disabling them may affect sign-in or checkout.
