TIRC provides public music charts, a music catalog, station-reporting workflows, artist and promoter tools, and digital reporting products. Features may change as charts, reporting methods, and services evolve.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials and verification methods secure, and promptly notify TIRC of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Access may be limited when information is false, security requirements are not met, or these terms are violated.
Chart data and submissions
Chart eligibility, station participation, reporting rules, calculation settings, and publication schedules can differ by chart. Submission does not guarantee approval, airplay, ranking, or continued eligibility. Manipulated reporting, payola, fraudulent activity, or attempts to interfere with chart integrity can result in rejection, removal, or account restrictions.
Purchases
Prices and the exact report period are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to paid report data begins after payment confirmation. You are responsible for selecting the correct song and chart period before paying.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, scrape at a disruptive rate, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, manipulate reporting, or use chart data in a misleading way. TIRC names, logos, and site design may not be used to imply endorsement without permission.
Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. TIRC works to maintain accurate chart and account information but does not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee commercial results, airplay, ranking, or audience response.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, laws, or chart operations change. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
